Single mom faces jail time after son laughs in library

The staff violated the vision and mission statement so much for family values and fostering community. The trustees for the public library set policy and responsible for ensuring the vision and mandate are followed.
I have seen this abuse of power used in Canadian Libraries and now know the origin is based on American style politics ...a year in jail is not only costly but what message are lawmakers sending to the child... who will grow up hating the oppressors who took away his mother for laughing wow....

Somali Starvation

The crisis in Somalia did not happen overnight.

Global watchdogs or elites have allowed these conditions to escalate before bringing forward the plight of the people to the international community.
In the past people had freedom of movement and as we all were hunter/ gatherers humans migrated to greener pastures as food sources and water became scarce.
Today we have checkpoints, boarders, and restrictions that will not permit the people to migrate to other areas as natural resources become scarce.
The comments posted here are a reflection of uneducated masses in American as they spout their self-righteous views of a reality they know nothing about and the propaganda machine is very effective.

Boarders are designed to restrict the freedom of movement and control the people…to ensure the viability of a country’s economic and social stability, plans that are based, on political dogma, bureaucratic greed, not what nature decrees is necessary for the survival of the masses.

Boarders create barriers and barriers create conflict and exacerbate the misery and suffering of the masses.

In today’s global economy, there is no reason why any person should go hungry or suffer the ills poverty engenders.

A New Day Dawns

May the water carry away my tears….and rain them down on our enemies

The wind disperse my indignation across the land

May the tree preserve my energy and keep it close to the roots

As the fires rage across the land sparked by the lightening, strikes appease my anger

May the soil and the plants guide me to higher places and sustain my integrity

May the birds sing my words to those who will listen and rob peace from those who do not

May the sun, moon, and stars withhold their light causing the enemy to stumble

May the sun enhance the temperature on those who caused such pain.

word of the day
I'm always intrigued when I come across a word or phrase I don't know
Someone referred to someone as a meat puppet and I was intrigued
Meat puppet, a new user invited to an internet discussion solely to influence it, similar to a sock puppet and to create DOUBT in the public minds

Silent on crime

The question why do people not come forward and speak with police.

Culture is a major factor and if one self identifies with a class or a sub-culture and has witnessed a crime reluctance and fear of rejection from the herd will deter people from coming forward.

Take the police for example one bad apple does something wrong but the whole police force will protect the herd regardless of the situation and the code of silence applies.

Young children today within the education system are taught from an early age do not get involved if they see something go tell a teacher or walk away, stay away from social drama gossip and that conditioning process is difficult to override.

Some fear reprisal if it is gang or drug related because of the resources available to the criminal element’s ability to inflict harm.

Police and the legal system in general are perceived as corrupt and media has reinforced this belief held by the lower layers of society and often fails to protect the poverty class or working class individuals.

A negative personal experience with the police or legal system is another deciding factor in people being reluctant to come forward with possible information.

Culture and conditioning is something so deeply embedded into a person that it is difficult to override it is us against them that collective mindset of people.

The last point is there is general apathy that exists within mainstream belief why should I waste my time or care, as it is not me or mine…

You can share my opinion I came across the site and did not want to go through the process of signing up just to comment

CAS

abuse of the courts/legal system and CAS issues.

Sometimes a person who has been through the system can assist another person with the legalese, the hoops, the barriers, and other related issues. Sometimes I don’t comment but have found valuable information to share in my local community with people up against such systems.... but if the group loses the intended focus and I am not referring to people who are just needing to rant or release pent up emotions or requiring support .. But oftentimes groups/people become lost in the maze of unrelated issues... and it is no longer serving the intended purpose.

As far as religion, share it with people who are like-minded. I would not come on here and speak on physics because that is not a common interest that the group shares… even though everything is inter- connected and related to who or what a person is there are many issues within our so called civil society that negatively impacts us or our families no matter what our culture, class or ethnicity is…

organizations fail because people lose sight of their goals and mandate

I have seen Middle class people bring in their agenda and dictate to the poverty class-university students hijack and attempt to dominate the poverty class in a passive aggressive manner and sometimes even they are unaware…

How can you dictate to someone on the evils of capitalism and become the very epitome of what you claim to be against…

I have seen court transcripts inaccurately typed out or completely wrong yet the, system refuses to address these issues. I have seen innocent people plead guilty out of fear and legal aid lawyers advising clients to make a plea... is that justice?

I have seen good parents have their children removed for no reason and abusive parents not bothered… I saw a pot smoking mom (not that I condone drugs) handcuffed while her 5 year old is dragged from the home kicking and screaming as the mother pleads with the cop and CAS worker not to take her child….

Her child was not abused well taken care of and the pot-smoking mom used it at night to ease her pain.

A pissed off neighbour passing moral judgment caused much grief to a very loving parent…

The poverty class is always at the bottom of the pecking order in our so-called civil society and people in general pass moral judgment on reality they know nothing about...

The rule of law and civil society only exist as long as the people believe..

Change the culture change the mindset change the people

Where are the TRENT 8 today ?

PETERBOROUGH THIS WEEK 21 MARCH 2001

Sarah Kardash , Sarah Lamble, Jessica Lyons, Allison Marcovitz, Ziysah Danielle Markson, Natalie Napier, Karine Rogers and Niti Simmonds-- the Trent University students who occupied a university administrative office Feb. 26 and were subsequently arrested and charged.

Where are they today?

Not the end of the World

Growing up in a big city it was commonplace to see people on street corners proclaiming the end has come.

As a child, I remember the fear it instilled in people and as a young child, the propagandist did not convince me that the world was going to end.

One such religious organizations back in the 60`s declared the world would end in the New Year causing wide spread panic and when the great black out occurred it only reinforced such wide spread beliefs.

Many believe the world would end during the Cuban crisis in 1962

Everyone was waiting for the red button to be pushed and digging backyard bomb shelters was the in thing to do in the event of a nuclear disaster.

It was common to hear air raid sirens go off and drills take place throughout the city and schools.

The Y2K was another popular topic that dominated mainstream media and culture.

A local power outage sent people scrambling thinking the end was upon them…

I cannot understand why religion would use fear and claim to have the ability to predict the end of the world. Religion should not be used to create fear and uncertainty in people but again fear is an age old tactic and a great motivator used to control the followers …politicians and media relations often resort to the same tactics to exploit and control the public at large ..

Humans by their very nature and behaviour are very predictable and easy to manipulate…

To promote an agenda and create a diversion and a stir to refocus just use one sector of society as an example such as the poverty class.

Start pumping the propaganda that the poor are not deserving of social programs they are lazy shiftless creatures.

Sit back as the idea snowballs and it now becomes mainstream thinking as people incorporate such thoughts as their own much like the term viral videos…. anyway off topic again but that`s how easy it is to control people as most are followers and very few leaders ..Actually at the moment there are no real charismatic leaders globally looking to create or foster a better society.

We have renegade bureaucrats running the machine we call civil society corporations that are above the law and lawless politicians …

So will the world end as we know it?

High probability the world will end because as a people we have done nothing to slow down our consumption of fossils fuels, consumerism, and pollution of the air, soil and water….

What happen in Japan with the nuclear meltdown should have been a wake up call…

We allow corporations to modify and genetically alter our environment we continue to buy such products and complain about it we demand electricity but are not willing to make any great sacrifices to change

And that my dear readers will eventually lead to our demise and the end of the planet, as we know it…just not tomorrow

Long time

It`s been awhile since I have posted to this blog or even thought about it.

But I have not forgotten the people responsible for the misery even the very people who profess to be against oppression become oppressors.
Anyway I have since found this blog and some things have not changed with time... and it will not be forgotten

This nursery rhyme comes to mind we used to sing it as children but it`s long forgotten
Ring-a-ring-a-roses,
A pocket full of posies;
Hush! hush! hush! hush!
We’re all fall down.

Poverty is alive and well in Canada and a thriving business on the suffering of others.
But everything has a season ...
