The only ones making any money are the layers at the top and it`s made off the misery and suffering of people in the poverty class who cannot afford even the most basic needs such a food, medical,housing etc…

PURPOSE
A report to recommend the City-owned house on 1120 Water Street, Peterborough be
demolished.
RECOMMENDATION
That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CPFPRS08-019 dated
October 20, 2008, of the Director of Corporate Services, as follows:
That the City-owned house at 1120 Water Street be demolished at an estimated cost of
$50,000, plus $2,500 GST (PST not applicable) for a total cost of $52,500.
Who released information to the newspaper regarding the houses owned by the City of Peterborough before informing the tenants of the inevitable eviction?
What about the other two houses on Water Street that are city owned?
Why is it only costing 10,000.00 to tear down these houses but 1120 Water Street, which is approx 900 sq ft it is as noted above…?

Ann is a lawyer but where is due diligence if a landlord knowingly permits a tenant and their family to remain in an unsafe building?
Paul Ayotte is a practicing Christian how can he permit or anyone for that matter who professes to be a god loving god-fearing goodly people treat people inhumanely…the warming and cooling room was to provide the less fortunate with some respite from the elements.
May God have mercy on your souls…cuz there is none here to be found…

People at ourspace are crowded into a small poorly ventilated area; these people are suffering high levels of stressors, lack of income, poor nutrition, etc.. Perfect breeding grounds for an epidemic and bacterium and virus have no economic barriers …and no amount of money can change antibiotic resistant bugs…not even communication quorum disruptors ..
Are the internal emails and memos still contained in the files of the tenants ….??

Something is Amiss
We received the rent cheques you left at City Hall today. On the
bottom of each cheque is written "paid in full (refused)".
Please provide this office with your written permission (email is
fine) to strike the word "refused". Your cheques cannot be deposited
until such time as you provide either this permission or replacement
cheques. We do not understand what "refused" means. No cheques were
presented to this office and no payment was refused by us.
As you know, pursuant to the minutes of settlement, you agreed to pay
rent for April and May by May 6th. In a deliberate action by you to
either delay payment or cause as much inconvenience as possible, you
delivered the cheques to the City, who is not the landlord.
It is now May 12th, You are in violation of the minutes of
settlement. Kindly govern yourself in accordance with the terms
agreed to by you. Your signature is on that document, Ms. .
Please live up to it.
To ensure you receive the message, you have also been contacted by
voice mail today regarding this matter.

BEFORE THE HEARING ..SHE JUST CAN`T LEAVE IT ALONE
If they are the Landlords as she suggests than why did they claim the city is responsible for repairs?
something is not right.
If you paid rent in June than you cannot be evicted and did they get the permits and they cannot interfere with a vital service.
My understanding is in order to get the permit to demolish the house one has to show this prior hence the issue with the gas supplier.
One more point one must show proof and one cannot withold information or mislead at a hearing

Chivalry dies: City councillor Dean Pappas stepped down from last week’s offer to help a “damsel in distress” after hearing about her plight at Monday's council meeting.
The City is tearing down Cindy Buott's house that she rents from homegrown homes (PCHDC); she had an offer from Homegrown Homes to sign an offer waiving away all rights, or face eviction in 11 days or sign an agreement to vacate ASAP or face immediate eviction by the local sheriff.
The houses at 1126 and Chemong sat empty and not offered to the tenant.
The landlord refused to rent the property to the local activist citing political differences existed.
They offered her a ride out of town but she refused as she continues in her attempt to clean up the ruins left behind by derelict property owners.
Talk about going beyond the call of duty!
A Heritage designation was imposed against the property owner of the historic Cox Terrace by City Council in an attempt to stop the demolition, the building fell into serious disrepair, and the expense of repairs exceeded the cost of the demolition.
In spite of public protest and outcry, the city demolished the historic King Edward School.
People could purchase a brick as a souvenir of the historic school.

Long Time
Well there is a funky swine bug running round...but that is not the one to watch for...one will follow soon after.....
On another note, lots going on in my little corner of the world and it are being exposed and more will be exposed.
In searching for the truth no stone, no rock, no leaf will be left unturned…
Australia is rationing people on their water usage, the grass is burnt, and soil erosion is rapid.
The rapid melting of the snow in the northern regions, greater amounts of exposed land surface radiation becomes a very real concern, as there is less reflective surface...
People in this little corner of the world are more concerned with welding the sword of abusive power and arguing over trifle matters that they fail to really look around and deal with the more pressing issues in life...
As it was in the beginning so shall it be in the end….the planet is dying…we have become the biggest parasites on this planet that offered us life and it was tossed away

Coming Next
Yuck..still sick and well I guess I`ll just share...
Today is the coldest it`s been in awhile - 30 or closer to -40 with the wind chill.
Not happy with alot of things recently taking place..but though it may be awhile in the end I will get what I need.
Just going through some old writings and thinking bout lots of things...like how bad the air is but as I look out over the water and gaze up at the moon one can forget how much damage is done to the planet and the life forces that depend on that fine balance
I had this really strange dream about all the crops failing and those that did grow were diseased and the cats and chickens are wiped out..and some strange funky disease was affecting people...must be fever dreams ..the mountain came down near a populated place...oh well going back to bed as I feel too ill and tired to write much...oh well tomorrow is another day and the 2 years is not up nor is the year..just have to refile and start over...
